Sunshine Silicone Sealant Features:

• RTV-1, neutral curing, non-corrosive to metal (except copper), coated glass, concrete, marble etc.
• Excellent resistance to weather, and the service life is over 50 years in the condition of general weather.
• Excellent resistance to low and high temperature change. Little changes of perform at -40 C+260 C
• Excellent adhesion to most common building material without priming.
• Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealant.

Sunshine Silicone Sealant Purpose:

• Models the steel and the glass cementation seal, the waterproof seal.
• Each kind of windows and doors installment.
• Other many constructions and industry use.

Sunshine Silicone Sealant Application:

• The sealed place must be completely cleaned and dried. If necessary, washing them with solvents such as toluene or acetone.
• In order to keep better appear range. The joint of cover outside areas should be masked with tape before sealants apply.
• Sealant can be repaired immediately and the masking tape should be removed before the sealant skins.
• Previous using experiment is necessary beforehand.

Sunshine Silicone Sealant Limitation:

• Don't be used as structural sealant. Unsuitable for all kinds of material that can effuse grease, plasticizer or solvent.
• Unsuitable for the airproof location, because it is required to absorb moisture in air to cure for the sealant.
• Unsuitable for the frosty or moist place.
• Unsuitable for the continually soggy or moist place.
• Don't be used if the temperature is bellowed 4?栯r above 40?栯n the surface of the materials.
